两个男人和一个女人生活的孤岛。其中一名男子被称为“接线员”，一名女子被称为“副主席”，另一名男子被称为“主席”，身穿统一的T恤。“niconico人生中心”这一宗教团体所属的3人在被称为“孤岛计划”的无人岛上共同生活，怀念着踏上“安居之地”之旅的日子。执行用邮件发送的「早上的冥想」「昨晚做了的梦的报告」「心灵感应的实验」的指令，用偶尔到达的一点点的食物度过极限的生活的3人。这一切都是为了净化性欲、过度的食欲、物欲等俗世的污秽，向“安居之地”出发的修行。但是，与饥饿的斗争，突然出现的入侵者，仅仅是一点点的破绽，3人的本能和欲望渐渐被暴露出来。
